Today we have a tale about how and why we have owls. What happens to those people that are just mean and rude to others. willing to talk bad about family and friends as soon as they turn their backs. The same people that wouldn't bother to help someone that was starving although they have a feast waiting for them in the kitchen. I believe it is a tale about why we have what is known to be True Owls, you know the ones that look like they have horns on their heads. This story is known as a Pourqui (why ) Story and is originally told as a chantefable in the so-called slave dialect of the American south.
